•We are dedicated to teaching people what is now recognized as the major determinants of health: nutrition, physical exercise, environmental issues and mental attitude. The latter perhaps the most important for it contributes to use of nutrition & physical exercise and heightens our awareness to environmental toxins.
•If each individual would follow the simple, basic instructions for a healthy lifestyle, it would do more good for the health & well-being of people in this country than all of the medical technology put together.
•Our workshops and classes are designed to teach people about self-awareness & balance through the use of mind / body principles. We will show you how to integrate the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of life to create a holistic approach to successful living.
•Our commitment is to inform and educate on a variety of subjects that will help enhance the health and well-being of individuals.
Who we are:
•Metaphysicians ~ We deal with the branch of philosophy that investigates principles of reality transcending those of any particular science, traditionally including cosmology and ontology.
